Heel Stoppers For The Races

While researching for what to wear to the races and numerous other social calendar events this summer, we came across heel stoppers.

These plastic contraptions are for stiletto wearers and are attached to the spike of the heel.

They heel stopper has a wide base meaning that heels no longer sink in the grass which is always at the Epsom Derby, Royal Ascot and Henley. Genius!

Initially at What Best ToWear we thought they were hilarious but then we were swung round and now think they are a splendid invention.

For all those ladies that hate the thought of wearing practical shoes when standing on grassy areas, here is a device that means you will never sink again!

Although you may feel a bit daft putting your heel stoppers on, you’ll look less silly than shrinking three inches every time you take a step.
